Let your Tesla tell us where it hurts.

Record a clunk, squeal, hum, or rattle. This prototype measures the sound on your device, combines it with when and where it happens, then routes you to the most relevant repair guides.

How this prototype works (and what it cannot know)

It extracts broad, explainable properties—frequency center, low/high-frequency energy, tonality, and sharp transients—from a short recording. A transparent rules engine combines those signals with your answers and ranks ten symptom families. No model was trained on customer recordings, and no audio leaves the browser.

Prototype limitation: phone placement, road noise, cases, and cabin acoustics can dominate a recording. A match is a lead for inspection, not proof. High-voltage, restraint, brake, steering, smoke, or impact concerns should be handled by a qualified technician.

Independent prototype. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Never interact with a phone while driving.
